At Island Reproductive Services, we make every effort to make sure you understand the costs as well as your financial responsibility for any treatment. Insurance coverage can be difficult to understand and can vary by individual plans even within the same insurance company. It is important that you understand what your coverage does and does not include.

Participation with your insurance is not an indication that any one or more of the infertility services being provided will be covered. Please contact your insurance carrier for information regarding your infertility benefits, authorizations or referrals required.

The following is a list of insurance companies that we are able to accept. This list does not ensure that any individual company will provide coverage for infertility or for any given therapy. Check with your Insurance carrier or with our office for participation in other plans.

During the course of your treatment, we will give you up to date information as to the amount of your bills, your required co-payment, and what you can expect. You may pay bills by cash, check or credit card.
