Nidhi is both a senior embryologist and andrologist. She is also our Lab Manager at Island Reproductive Services and helps to provide organizational leadership within our lab. Nidhi also serves on our compliance team. She has been a valuable member of our team, bringing previous fertility experience with her. Nidi’s fertilization rates with ICSI exceed 90% and her blastocyst development rates average over 50%.
